Kick, Sculpt, and Jam
This fun packed class will bring a Total Body workout in one hour and 15 minutes incorporating great gospel, contemporary, latin, and funk Christian Music.

We will open our time together with a brief devotional and prayer

The first 40 minutes will be Kick and Sculpt segment based on the popular Gym classes Turbokick or the home based videos; Turbo Jam and Turbo Fire.
We will warm up, KICK and punch for the first 20 minutes. Each Kick and Punch movement will be focused on our core. Our core (abs and back) will be challenged throughout the entire segment.

In the SCULPT segment we will keep working on our core and our entire body by using weights, bands, and our own body as resistance to sculpt strong and lean muscles.

Our JAM Segment will be a 25-minute of fun dance movements followed by a dynamic cool down and stretch. We will incorporate Latin movements such as Salsa, Merengue, Reggeaton, Brazilian Samba, Cha-Cha, etc. We will also kick some Hip-Hop, Funk, and Contemporary moves.

I designed this class to be a joy for everyone. You will be challenged at your own level of fitness. It doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or an advanced fitness machine!
Don’t be afraid of the Jam segment of the class. Even if you have “2 left feet”, you can still stay and enjoy the music and MOVE YOUR BODY. You may even find out that the dancer inside of you never had a chance to come out. Now if you really think the dancing will derail your life, you can still come and enjoy the first 40 minutes of class. I promise you that you will have an amazing workout experience.

HOW MUCH?: $8 per class or 10 Classes for $50. ($5per class)
WHAT TO BRING: Yourself (and a good attitude), wear exercise shoes and clothes, water bottles, and towels.
OPTIONAL: Weights (3 to 12lbs), Workout bands, Exercise Mat.
